Yes, we operate with full awareness of state laws and work with clients to ensure their product lifecycle (storage → packaging → fulfillment) meets regulatory expectations.
We are currently licensed with the FDA, TN Dept. of Agriculture Hemp Dept. and as the changeover occurs, the TABC.
We maintain a robust inventory system that tracks lot/batch numbers, records inbound/outbound movements, enables retrieval of certificates of analysis (COAs), and supports audit-ready documentation.
We partner with you to assess state-by-state warehousing/distribution impact, especially as more states follow Tennessee’s lead (e.g., shifting oversight to alcohol regulatory authorities) and introduce more stringent limits on THC, serving sizes, packaging, labeling.
We handle both, though it’s important to note that in many states (including Tennessee) the law prohibits direct-to-consumer shipping of HDCPs in certain categories. However, we can ship direct to consumer to many other states. Also, having a warehouse in Tennessee is required for distribution of product throughout the state.
